Love all these @1stphorm babes! I know so many beautiful women, and I think it's programmed in us to feel like we are supposed to 'compete' but truly, we all struggle with comparisons. However every woman in this picture is sweet, supportive, strong, someone I can learn from and who is caring. The only person who you should ever compete with at the end of the day is yourself. Your friends, workout buddies, family etc. they're there to guide you, teach you, help you see your strength and weaknesses. But it's you who has to do the work yourself to become the best version of you, so stop comparing yourself to others and decide to be inspired instead, to be motivated by the things you admire in others- beauty, wisdom, dedication you see in others can be a mirror to show you all the things that lie within you that you're yet to realize and embrace.
