Since bread making is a physically intense process, it has been a very male dominated industry, but I heard through the grape vines of a very talented woman who makes a new style of bread. Located deep in Queens, Lexie Smith who is born in NY, has been making bread since she was 15. She usually wears a lots of vintage and seen here, she has paired an ENFOLD top with chino pants.
