We couldn't come to Denver and NOT visit the mountains. So we drove the Mount Evans Scenic Byway - the highest paved road in North America. It's fourteen miles of jaw dropping views (with no guard rails ?) to the summit at 14,130 ft. Keith thoroughly enjoyed it while Mayhem and I spent a lot of time practicing our 'calm breathing' skills. The views and the mountain goats were totally worth it though ??
