Just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to @redbeardedviking, the whole gang over at the North Orlando Spine Center and the USAW med team for working with me over the last few weeks to get past a pretty inconveniently timed injury. I'm so grateful to have had access to such knowledgable individuals to help get me healthy enough to even compete in the first place. From not being able to lift an empty bar 3 weeks ago to a maybe not so ideal performance, but a successful performance none the less. I cannot stress how truly grateful I am to have had the opportunity to compete. Thank you all so much for all you do ? @mattiecakesssss (69kg, USA) clean and jerking 133kg/293lb, just 1kg under her senior American record, to take silver across the board at the 2017 Pan Ams in Miami! And she took the lift with just 2-3 seconds on the clock!
