A politician, woman and human being like few I've ever met.
She's got what I call the three C values sowed deeply into her spirit. Courage. Connection. Compassion.
She is as courageous as they come. After doing two tours in Iraq under the national guard, she came back home and is now taking on the biggest monster of all...the war machine by being against interventionist wars.
If that isn't bravery I do not know what is!
She resigned her position as vice chair for the DNC to support Bernie Sanders.
She believes in Medicare for all and she has declared that she will not take Super-PAC money... to point out a few of her wonderful stances.
I urge you to follow her, educate yourself on her steps and platform.
I feel proud and beyond grateful to have met a politician with such integrity.
There are few things more gratifying in life than meeting those who reflect your values and humanity.
Thank you Tulsi for who you are, for what you stand for, for how you go about representing your people and for being a beacon of light in the darkness we find ourselves today... ✨?✨
