These last 3 weeks I've been eating in a calorie surplus, which means I'm eating more than a maintaince diet. I'm gaining a little fat too and I totally love it! I know I need to have my extra food to let my muscles grow and come back stronger!. ?

You can go to the gym 24/7 but without enough fuel nothing is gonna change your body!! Please note this and believe me before starving yourself the next time and believe those dumb advertisements on the internet. Being a little chubster now is totally oké because I know this is what it takes to get back what I love. I will loose the excess again later.??‍♀️I
