Be proud of your diverse heritage today.
Our country is beautiful because of the diversity + decorum each of us brings to the table.
Without all of the beautiful, diverse parts that make us whole, without the character, the traditions + the individuality, we would not be American.
How boring if we were all the same?? As a child of war and a child born to immigrant parents, I finally chose to stop fitting in.
Since preschool I have felt different, but it took me decades to realize my heritage is what made me special. +with much of my recent writing, you'll fall in love with because simply because, I'm revealing all of my greatest fears, my deep struggles, in hopes you will sit back and say, "omg me too, me too." You're not alone, we are united with our differences.
