A little twist on #steak and #eggs ? how good does this look??

For The Steak:
Kosher Salt & Pepper
12 oz. NY Strip Steak, room temp
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Brown Butter Ghee

For The Poached Eggs:
4 Large Eggs, room temp
1 tbsp. Distilled White Vinegar
1 tbsp. Sea Salt

For the Salad:
Spring Mix Lettuce
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Cherries

Get creative!
Cook the steak to your liking or try smoked salmon instead. Change up the way you cook your eggs and have them scrambled or poached. Change up the toppings as desired! So many endless variations and combos ??
