✈️Traveling can definitely throw us off our normal routines! Doesn't matter if you're leaving for a couple days on a business trip or leaving for a couple weeks on a vacation, going away comes with speed bumps to our everyday habits. - ?Don't panic...I'm slowly becoming and pro andddd THERE'S HOPE! ? - ??I've learned to adapt to what I'm presented with and in terms of exercise and staying active here is what I've found works for me. - ❌Problem: You might not have a gym or equipment ✅Solution: focus on strength and body weight exercises. You can also take a set of resistance bands with you which is small enough to fit into your purse or carry-on. (available on my site). - - ❌Problem: not enough space in the hotel room ✅Solution: If your room is small, take it outdoors to a park or playground, lunge in the hallway, run the stairs, do pull ups on a tree branch, step ups on a bench etc! - ❌Problem: you might be 'too busy' to exercise. ✅Solution: sometimes it isn't as simple as making the time. (Most of the time it is) but let's face it sometimes we are just completely drained from the day. Make time to workout every OTHER day and focus on full body circuits rather than body part splits to diminish the number of days you need! - ⁉️What struggles do you have while on the road?
