Today, southeast Texas is continuing to grapple with a long, painful road to recovery in the aftermath of Harvey, now a tropical storm. The latest: More rain is expected through Friday. Totals could exceed 50 inches in Houston and 20 inches in southern Louisiana. Local officials have so far reported 10 deaths possibly related to the storm. And President Trump is visiting Texas today — first Corpus Christi, 30 miles away from the most severely impacted parts of the Gulf Coast, followed by Austin, the capital.
