The human body amazes me ✨how it can change just from a thought, how it responds to danger & stress, how it heals with self love & just how amazing we all are with our unique mindsets & personalities. Everything I've learned in #anatomy on the human body has just amazed me & ive studied it 2x now. I got personal training level 2&3 & recently again for Beauty Therapy level 3. But what I know I've been through shows me how the body works to its full potential. ✨ -✨ Keeping me alive when I almost died, filtering out toxins & going into shock. Then After the loss of my mum & dad I went numb & the way I grieved the last 18 months,I was in shock, so my Body protected me from reality of my heart just ripping apart. all affects the heart! Adrenaline,cortisol hormones messing up your immune system.. dealing with infection after infection, disease after disease but the body fights! strong mind,stronger body. Just knowing a little self love/care can help. -✨ After I almost died of septicaemia I was in hospital for a month, I came out & decided to eat clean foods (nothing processed) just drink water ? & focused on healing. I was eating food I hated fish, veg & trying foods I never knew: sweet potato kale spiniach avocado ?yum. But now live on these foods. I #alkalined my #body & as a result of taking care getting good sleep & focusing on my health, I not only became #healthy I shrugged of #depression & my body whipped into amazing shape from exercising everyday weights & cardio & getting 8hr quality sleep. -✨ Mindset is a powerful thing! All Starts with loving yourself. You can start with #positiveaffirmations then look at your health, diet & see where your going wrong! Cut out bad habits to form healthy new ones & the rest will follow. Regular Exercise & quality sleep vital to good health & vitality! -✨ My body was a bonus from me eating well, exercising daily & being positive -✨ I went on to compete in fitness shows last 5yrs & became a qualified #personaltrainer out of wanting to fully understand the human body & help others. #humanbody#strong #fit#health #louiseglover #courage #positivevibes #selflove #fitness #Bodybylouise ❤️
