One of my fav things about summer is all the fresh fruit you can pick. This summer we've done a LOT of picking— raspberries, blackberries, peaches and strawberries. We def eat at least as much fruit as we end up paying for, so it really is a great deal and a TON of fun.

SUMMER ORCHARD | serves two
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups water
1 peach, pitted*
1 large plum, pitted
2 apricots, pitted
.
*Can substitute peaches with mango or nectarines.
