Meet Chef Prajapati Deependra, Commissary Kitchen Chef, who this month celebrates his 10th anniversary with The Peninsula Tokyo. An opening team member, having been a part of the hotel for the past decade, Chef Deependra comes to work every day with a happy disposition because of his work which allows him to be creative and explore unique ideas and new ways of presenting his food. "I get excited about the prospect of creating new and innovative dishes for our guests" he shares.
