Back in the gym after having a minor surgery on my shoulder this week. ?? Using @1stphorm alphacre pre workout at the moment, because it has no extra stimulants, it helps me get up and going without feeling jittery-perfect for me right now when I can't do too much til my shoulder heals but I still need to make the effort to go in and do what I can. I usually use and love megawatt, but I think I'm going to keep using alphacre for when I'm doing yoga or Pilates classes later at night so I can sleep better afterwards when the class isn't a tonne of cardio.

I'm doing a lot of the usual exercises, just using my own body weight and doing more reps, to avoid adding heavy weights that could hurt my shoulder while it's healing.

As usual, the excuse section of my brain has me not wanting to work out at all this week, but I'm proud that I'm not letting a few stitches slow me down too much. ? #1stphorm #iam1stphorm #legionofboom #creatine #betaalanine
