Since the times of the USSR national team, everyone has admired the tales of the legendary Vasily Alexeyev about the "secret tips" of his preparation: to lift the bar in the water, to eat half a glass of salt per day. Еще со времен сборной СССР все восхищались байками легендарного Василия Алексеева о "секретных фишках" его подготовки: поднимать штангу в воде, съедать пол стакана соли в день. В свою очередь иностранные журналисты стали писали об этом всерьёз, а спортсмены недоумевали правда это или миф. Лично я за здравый смысл, науку и профессионализм. Но иногда сделать что то веселое или даже дурацкое так круто, что удержаться я не в силах!!!
