Today was Day 1 of two months of back-to-back groups at the studio and my belly is full of butterflies. Holding space for people to open up and explore the path toward healing is why I'm here. Yoga is one way. Sharing is another. Meditation. Journaling. Breath work. Moving out of your comfort zone. Looking another person in the eye and seeing that you're not alone. Sometimes, sacred spaces open while gathering around a table with a glass of wine. There is no "one way". We're here to feel. That's the beginning and the end and everything in between. It's fear and doubt and trust and love all wrapped up into one. It's magic.
