Todays lunch+dinner combo: one whole (small) kambocha (delica) squash, roasted with some baby carrots and slices of orange. Tossed previously with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and turmeric. Orange veggies love orange spices. New oven has definitely passed its roasting job! ????
