今日の和菓子はねりきり で作った #もみじ です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「上生菓子」の一種です。
#撮影 用に作成しました。
今日は菓子工業組合青年部会の企画で
千葉県より講師先生をお招きして講習会を開きます。
しっかり勉強したいと思います。

in white bean.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
