Baking up homemade sourdough for @189bydominiqueansel, with a 48hr fermentation and 100% hydration, made with our 6-year old levain that we’ve brought all the way from NYC. Soft and chewy at the center with those beautiful air bubbles, and a crisp crust outside. Perfect. #189bydominiqueansel
