Good morning from the airport! Only a couple of days after the bliss and dream that was #ThePugliaEncounter workshop, I am about to fly once more to another land of olives, vines, culture, history and great food that actually happens to have contributed a lot to the Pugliese aesthetics. I'm beyond excited to join @thefoodiecorner, @mademoisellepoirot and another handful of creative and food enthusiast souls in Athens for for a culinary/photographic gathering! It has been a DREAM of mine to travel to Greece and experience real Greek food as their food shares a lot both with the Middle East —particularly some quite peculiar dishes are common in Iranian cuisine— and of course with the same common roots of the Mediterranean food that are echoed in the Italian cuisine.
