Deeply impacted by the life story and courage of Ji Seong-ho. Seong-ho spoke of being so hungry during manmade famine in North Korea that he jumped on a moving train to steal coal to exchange for corn. Weakened from starvation he fell off and had his arm and leg run over by the train. After a brutal recovery from this accident, he fled North Korea with one arm and one leg, traveling over 6,000 miles before making it to safety in Southh Korea. He now works to help other North Korean defectors escape abuse and mistreatment.
