First time back into hill reps this afternoon since my calf tear almost 5 weeks ago (first week after tear was cross training then back running but all on the flat)

4 sets of: 90 seconds, 60 seconds, 30 seconds with jog down recovery between each.

3.5km warm up with technique drills and 2.3km warm down
