I do enjoy cooking but when it’s just @hardcorerambo and I, it’s a little more convenient and less time consuming for me to order in and keep on working (#laptoplife). Let me repeat, I travel CONSTANTLY which means a lot of dining out and I order in ALL the time when I’m actually home! Heck, I should have UberEats on speed dial hahaha. The difference is knowing WHAT to order when you do. If you’re ordering from an Asian restaurant try the steamed shrimp and broccoli (garlic sauce on the side) instead of the fried rice and wontons. If you’re having Italian, opt for a grilled fish and veggie platter instead of the chicken parm! - There are SO many simple and quick tricks you can utilize in your current lifestyle so that health and fitness don’t seem like a chore! - When I work with clients I don’t hand them a generic program based on MY personal schedule and preferences. I ask specific questions that take into account THEIR daily routines, schedules, food cravings etc and customize a program that fits into THEIR lifestyle and schedule. Some of my clients cook their meals. Some of my clients order from restaurants every single meal of the day. I have clients who have the luxury of being able to make dinner and others who are constantly traveling and need on-the-go style programs! Point blank, no matter what your EXCUSE is, it’s not lack of time thats hindering your health and goals, its lack of commitment and dedication to simply adjusting the choices you make daily! - #LearnMyMethod ??
