The secret to my tan....SUNSHINE!
I don’t use tanning beds and I don’t use spray tanners.

Might get bashed by dermatologists on this but I do believe moderate sun exposure is healthy (for my soul ??‍♀️). I try to get at least an hour of sun exposure a few times a week but cover my face. Sunshine recharges me. Can’t explain it. Working/reading poolside or beachside and soaking up the warmth is one of the reasons #Miami is still homebase for me!

Side note: if you’re in need of a quick tan you can grab Sally Hansen’s body makeup from your local convenience store and it works great for shoots and washes right off like makeup. It’s called airbrush legs but you can use it on your entire body (#NotSponsored by them. Learned the trick from a makeup artist at a shoot a few years ago)!
