You’ll eat a lot more fresh produce when it’s readily available! Try stocking your fridge with ready-to-eat produce that you’ve washed and prepped ahead of time and be sure to use clear containers so you’re constantly reminded of its contents.
More products = more fiber, vitamin and nutrients = more energy! ??

There are endless possibilities but these are ideal!

Fruits - use for snacks, breakfast or alongside whole grains like oatmeal or even in your yogurt.
Try melons (wash and slice or chop), pineapple (peel, core and chop), berries (soak in vinegar and water)

Raw veggies - great for snacks with hummus or even adding to salads or as a side dish for lunch/dinner.
Try bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli.

Greens - use for salad or add to smoothies!
Try kale, lettuce or spinach and prep by placing a paper towel over them and covering. (This absorbs moisture)

Grilled or roasted veggies - awesome for bowls, wraps, side dishes, sandwiches etc. don’t overcook them so thy don’t become mushy.
Try sweet potatoes, onions, peppers, eggplant, potatoes
