Everyone dreams and everyone has goals. Some people succeed in pursuing them and stand out from the crowd. Others lead a ‘normal’ life stagnant in a comfortable place they call home and continue to dream never manifesting their aspirations into reality. What sets them apart? Perseverance.

For me personally, my road to entrepreneurship meant taking the risk of closing the book on living a somewhat structured and complacent lifestyle as a doctor and instead shifting into this absolute wild ride of pursuing my same passion of helping of others in an entirely different light. Imagine telling your parents who praised you and held you on a pedastool for getting good grades, staying ahead of the game and studying medicine that instead you were going to be an ‘Instagram model’ ?? totally kidding on the latter but felt I had to toss in the stereotype ??. Truth is people see a body, smile, world travel and nice photos and assume it’s ‘easy’. They assume it’s ‘easy’ to hold the keys, responsibility and power to being able to influence, guide and share information with others. It’s not. I work 24/7 (maintaining balance the best I can) and things don’t always work out the first time. What got me to where I am today? Not taking no for an answer. Diving all in and having the confidence that no matter what, I was going to make WHATEVER I wanted work.

All in all, you can do a lot in your life and you can achieve WHATEVER you want if you strongly commit to it. Whatever adversity you face should never stop you. Don’t be scared if it takes time (because it will) and don’t be scared if it seems difficult (because it will). Work on it everyday. Keep your actions in line with your goals and desires. ?? -
