Even though you still need sunglasses, it's certainly starting to feel like holiday season here in #LA. When @hgplee created this dish, it was to make something taste like Christmas. One crispy confit duck leg, with a maple peppercorn sauce and toasted fennel. The secret ingredient is a bit of specially made spruce salt that has a woodsy pine scent.
