Thankful for lots and lots of things, but among them are the opportunities to learn what makes people tick - the food, music, and dances that bring a party to life. The traditional dresses that only come out for special occasions. The laughter and cheering and open celebration that unites people from different backgrounds. I’m thankful that I get to be a part of these events, but they also bring to mind the many luxuries I have that others do not. Clean water, fresh food, and plumbing, to name a few. Imagine not having those things, and still living life to the fullest, carrying on the traditions of your family and tribe. Stomping your feet on the floor, throwing grains in the air, and hollering the evening away. @saeducationfund
