With minimal equipment, this is a time-efficient, do-anywhere workout thats for all fitness levels. Its peppered with tons of plyo-metics, lower-body moves, and glute-boosting exercises, as well as workouts for long, lean, dancer legs.
1. Low deep
2. Curtsy Lunges with bicep curls
3. Chair Leg Kick backs
4. Chair Leg side kicks
5. Knee Into Chest, w/ long, lean leg lifts into glute squeeze.
6. Side arm row with booty squeeze
7. Deep froggy squats with side hip squeezes with band.
Repeat each move for 3 times, for 30 seconds each to keep true to my JNL Fusion accredited workout! Enjoy having fun achieving your healthiest mind, body and spirit yet! xo JNL
