It’s not quite Monday yet so we decided to make one more day trip out of a beautiful weekend. After reading up on suggestions from @edible_dc we decided to check out @true_food_kitchen for a cozy Sunday brunch. I definitely suggest making reservations as it gets packed out and with good reason. A vibrant yet down to earth atmosphere, fresh pressed juice drinks (I got Bright Eyes) and warm hearty dishes (the Ancient Grains bowl was ??) that are not just good for the soul but for the body as the ingredients are sourced from local farmers and the entrees are designed to be anti-inflammatory to promote a healthy lifestyle. It was nice to pack lighter today fitting all of our essentials in my Bank Bag. The weekend’s still not over so we’re en route for a little exploration around these parts.
