Ten years ago, I was fortunate to visit the beautiful countries of Ghana and Uganda with the ONE Foundation. It was one of the greatest trips of my life. I saw the incredible poverty and everyday challenges that existed, but I was struck more than anything by the incredible loving spirit and hope for a better life that existed among all of the people I met, including many of those that were dealing with life threatening diseases. It’s easy to lose sight of how blessed we are in this country, and that we all share this world together...
