Big news over here in the Willis household—Mabel lost her first tooth!!! I didn’t realize how emotional I would be about this but it’s truly a bigger milestone than I would have ever anticipated! So without trying to get too caught up in making this tooth fairy experience over the top magical (cause these kids lose a lot of teeth.) I did something simple but still special that I know I can keep up with—a tiny little fairy note tied around a $5 bill (that’s the going rate I’ve been told.) Let me just say that Mabel (and Evelyn) was beside herself with excitement when she woke up and looked under her pillow! Mission accomplished! ✅ Tip: I’ve decided to have a few of these notes pre-made and stashed so I’m not scrambling on the night she loses her next one! ?
