The SHIRTDRESS, Item No. 84 on our exhibition checklist, is our next #ItemsMoMA Instagram Challenge. The shirtdress or shirt-waist dress has been a staple of women’s wardrobes since the 1930s and is a key example of American sportswear. This weekend, share photos that capture how you or your friends adapt this classic design to your modern lifestyle.
