Another day getting to do what i love, hang with badass strong b*tches that like trap music and lifting the things, and meet new people. A misloaded bar led me to hit 84kg/185lbs again this week with a very tired body haha! Had only planned on going to 80kg but this was 185lbs not 175lbs ? so apparently I can make 9kg jumps in the snatch too! {with some press out action lmao} thanks for coming out - and thanks for an electric night!!
