This was my 2nd attempt Clean and Jerk at 96kg/211lbs - so proud of the technical improvements made over this first training cycle working with @burnscolin - even with it mainly being a rehab cycle. Obviously I changed my jerk style (full video coming on this soon...when I have time to make it lol) but also... I am cleaning with FULL HOOK GRIP NOW!!! The pull is much more consistent with my positions too, I can count on 1 hand the total lifts I missed all 8 weeks. I'm feeling really optimistic about the outcomes of the next training cycle for the Arnold ??
