His images are accentuated by headlights, neon signs, spotlights behind the scenes or illuminating a stage, nightclub dance floor lighting, emergency exit signs, all like white patches piercing through the blacks and grays. In the midst of a ballet of cranes, akin to an urban performance piece, a sublime full moon looms large. Light sources function as indicators, as reference points in the city.”
