No #tbt, but right now. After morning mediation. It’s not in my nature to sit still for any long period of time, but I’m trying. And starting to LOVE this. So maybe it was always in me...? I learnt TM years ago but never “had the time”?Try it out. Sit still. Or learn to meditate. Or just put your phone away for 20mins 2x a day, that’ll create a huge change for some. Happy Thursday world???
