How to use
SHOULDER ACTIVATION SYSTEM.
Exercise 1 ("Skier"):
1. Take a step forward and take the split start position.
2. Lower your arms down and move your chest forward.
3. Create tension in the anterior bundle of deltoid muscles and biceps.
4. Aim for developing a smooth movement lifting your arms up to the level of the forehead and back to the initial position.
4. Lower your shoulders down, lengthen your neck when performing the movement.
5. Avoid sudden movements and holding your breath.
How often:
2-3 sets/ 15 reps - before the training session to warm-up your shoulders.
