Last November wasn’t an average morning. Nothing at all average when thousands of women, children and men are trying to flee persecution, or death, across a border in the far left behind the trees, trying to seek safety into Bangladesh from Myanmar. What wasn’t so average that day while working on a @ナショナルジオグラフィック story was the beautiful sunrise. I’m not one who photographs sunsets or sunrises, too average, no matter how colorful, unless there is a purpose. That morning there was, these cows oblivious to both the light and darkness taking place behind them. Just another average morning for these two at the Bangladesh/Myanmar border, on a not so average sunrise, later filled in heaviness.
