I was told by one specific teacher at my school that my version of “O Canada” wasn’t good enough to sing for the morning monitor announcements. Soon after, I sang the anthems at a Toronto @mapleleafs game. So that was cool! BUT… For the American anthem, I forgot the words. I sang line 1, line 2, line 3, ...line 2 again, line 5, and then continued on. Line 4 didn’t make the cut.
