Hitting the gym with @リンジー・ペラス and our @1stphorm #alphacre preworkout. I love that it’s stimulant free cause I often don’t get to fit my workout in until the end of the day so having a no stimulant option is great when I don’t want to interrupt my beauty sleep but I still want to go hard.
Having a friend to team up and train with makes a huge difference for accountability, and it also makes workouts a lot more fun!
