This quote used to perplex me until one day I met that friend who proved it true. It always feels like time stops and yet flashes in a blink when we get together. It’s the space where the beauty and the paradox and the moments in between the linear all merge. Like magnolia leaves that never truly die but rather just turn into magical remnants that carry that very magic everywhere the wind blows them.

So here is a little peek from a pause in our yesterday. Between that and a wonderful weekend in Philly, my heart is very full. And a big takeaway from all of it: being present, slowing down the pace and letting the life in front of me claim its priority over any device or phone.
