I haven’t unpacked from the weekend yet. My treasures, mementos and everything else remain stowed. I’m still processing through the amalgamation of a being reunited with a city that holds my heart (#phila), a weekend that went by way too quickly (the best ones always do), and a reunion with an old longtime this week (my favorite). If there’s one thing all of the above has taught me is to just be in it, the rest can wait. So a much needed recap with my show haul and a few shoutouts will be coming this weekend or early next week. One thing I will say is that normally I’m utterly wiped after a show but this time around I feel so inspired and energized. What a beautiful way to commence the new year and new moon.
