This morning I prepared a bowl for me and some raspberries and rice cakes for Alex. This is a healthy, yummy and quick breakfast you moms could make at home! I used @lightandfit Greek Yogurt with Zero Artificial sweeteners with some granola, blueberries, raspberries and chia seeds :) With a serving of this yogurt you get 13g of protein, and it tastes delicious!! Who is ready to try it? ?BTW by the time I was done getting my breakfast ready, Alexandra was almost done with her fruits and had to give her more! I gotta teach her she needs to wait for me so I don’t have breakfast alone! LOL #ad #lightandfit #yum

Esta mañana preparé un bol para mí y algunas frambuesas y tortitas de arroz para Alex. ¡Este es un desayuno saludable, delicioso y rápido que las mamás podriais hacer en casa! Utilicé yogur griego @lightandfit con edulcorantes artificiales Zero con granola, arándanos, frambuesas y semillas de chía :) ¡Con una porción de este yogurt obtienes 13 g de proteína y tiene un sabor delicioso! ¿Quién está lista para probarlo? ?
