Had a great workout with the family yesterday. 5 ROUNDS - lap of the track running backwards, sled push, sled pull, 15 sits ups, 10 kettlebell swings, 8 single arm kettlebell press. Then 5 ROUNDS of 30 second battle ropes, lap of the track, 10 ball slams. ... then Jaiden took me up to the boxing area and continued showing me how to throw down. #exercise #family
