CNY will be the time my kitchen closes and I am on leave, because there are sooo many festive snack to indulge in! Cookies and pastries aside, Bak Kwa is a must because our family can't live without the savory haha. @fragrance_bak_kwa's Signature Sliced Tender Bak Kwa is my favourite! ?It's packed with rich flavours and smoked to perfection! I didn't know that they use so many kinds of Chinese herbs to marinate the meat such as ginseng and goji berry to achieve that sophisticated taste. Really 够味. Tip from Cheesie - heat your Bak Kwa in the microwave for 20 seconds for a crispy, even more fragrant way to enjoy. Omg the bestttt.
PS: Sakura was upset because she wanted to open the mini piggy Bak Kwa but I told her we must take picture first. #annoyingbloggermama
