Well, my body needed rest today. After a night spent victim to a stomach bug (you know the fun one where stuff comes out both ends and you can’t even look at food or drink without getting nauseated), I was weak, shivering and feverish, and I had to teach. While I made it to class I felt like I was going to pass out. When it was over I staggered back to my room, took a probiotic and some activated charcoal and got into bed. Then I slept, or more like entered a comatose state, utterly immobile for over four hours. I woke up and I feel somewhat resurrected. _ I felt so miserable and so alone and I wanted @timfeldmannyoga to swoop in and be the hero he always is in my life. I nearly cried from it all, aches and pains and my stomach in a massive knot and not having him by my side. Oh and we’re filming it all for @omstarsofficial so this is going to be one strange Global Yogi episode once it’s all done! _ I’m no stranger to stomach bugs with my yearly trips to India! I didn’t think vegan food in Mexico would send me down the same rabbit hole, but I guess you never know what’s going to effect you. I also feel like maybe I just really desperately needed some rest and my body found a way to get me to take notice and be obedient. _ Day 28 #30dayyogaliving is Meditation with @dennishunterwriter on @omstarsofficial Meditation is the only practice I could do today.
