When I started the #10for10 for the last $100,000 of my Million Dollar Pledge, I planned on donating $100,000 and having friends of mine match my donations for another $100,000. Well I’ve completed 9 days of my #10for10 and so far I’ve donated $90,000 toward organizations fighting toward social justice. My friends Kevin Durant, Jesse Williams, Stephen Curry, Snoop Dogg, Serena Williams, TI, Jhene Aiko, Chris Brown, Nick Cannon, Joey Badass and Meek Mill have surpassed my expectation and donated a total of $135,000!!! Wow! I’m so humbled by the support of my friends to also recognize and help these organizations. $10k more to go until I finish up my #MillionDollarPledge and I will have donated $1 Million Dollars to organizations on the ground that need support.
