Happy Saturday all. Before I begin, this is not an advert. CAPICHE ?! Just wanted to tell you whilst my back has been recovering from injury ( nearly out of the woods now ??) I have been bathing in @betteryou_ltd magnesium baths everyday and using the gel and body lotion. I switched to yoga and body weight only exercises directed by @jools.l Who is not only my amazing friend but a brilliant osteopath and am slowly lifting weights first time today, upper body only. For those who are going or been through recovery I salute you.
