本日は、PORTER OMOTESANDOに新たに入荷したミリタリージャケットのライニングから着想を得た「ポーター アンリミテッド」シリーズより2WAYトートバッグをご紹介いたします。正確で美しいステッチワークを、ふっくらとして軽量な吉田カバンオリジナルの生地の外装に見せることでデザイン性を高めたシリーズです。通常は見えない内装部分のステッチをあえて表面に出すことを、カバン自体のデザインにしました。デザインとなるステッチを意識し、内装側からミシンをかけるのはとても高度な技術を必要とします。さらにステッチは柄としての役目だけではなく、補強をする箇所やポケットの縫製部分としての本来の機能を持ち合わせています。裏側にはセージグリーンのテープを配し、視覚的なポイントとしているほか、付属の金具やブランドタグもステッチワークをより際立たせるためマットなブラックで統一しました。 本日ご紹介する2WAYトートバッグは、日常使いから1泊程度のご旅行まで幅広いシーンでお使いいただけます。是非店頭でご覧ください。

Today we would like to introduce the 2WAY TOTE BAG from the "PORTER UNLIMITED" series which just came in stock at PORTER OMOTESANDO. It is a series inspired from the lining of a military jacket. We have applied the beautiful stitching details on Yoshida & Co.'s soft lightweight fabric purposely on the outside to make it a design feature of the bag. These stitches are usually non-visible since the outside but requires a very high technique to apply. However these stitches are not applied just for the design but actually also helps to enforce pockets and other portions which needs durability. In the inside you could find sage green binding tapes as an accent. All of the metal parts and the brand labels are in matte black to make the stitch work stand out. The 2WAY TOTE BAG we are introducing today is useful in various occasions not only daily use but also during an overnight trip as well. Please take a look at it in store.
